Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Sales Manager
& Pursue opportunities for Power-one product sales within all channels.
& Promote sales within the defined territory stated above.
& Meet or exceed annual sales goals while remaining within expense budget guidelines.
& Manage all channels and relationships in territory to ensure that sales goals are met.
& Visit accounts to win business, forge relationships, negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and make presentations as necessary.
& Develop new customers base directly or through appointed distributors while continue to maintain good relation & rapport with existing customers.
& Provide Monthly Forecast Demand to factory, and inform Planner immediately when there is a change in demand.
& Set sales targets for area of responsibilities.
& Assisting appointed distributors with necessary marketing tools, product knowledge & sales strategies to enable them to present our product confidently to potential customers.
& To provide technical support to the distributors and customers when required. Seek assistance from Engineering Department if necessary, but remain the main point of contact with the customers.
& To prepare costing and provide quotation & proposal drawing when necessary upon receiving the request from the customers.
& Participate in the evaluation of the internal sales personnel and administrative.
& Liaise with all departments to ensure company activities conform to the quality requirements specified in the Quality Policy and Quality Manual.
& Ensure that activities within the Marketing Department are carried in conformance with relevant work Instructions and to investigate deficiencies and implement corrective action.
Requirements:
2 Technical / Professional skill
Good interpersonal communication skills and persuasion skill, with good customer service concept and high adaptability on cultural difference.
Good English and Chinese writing skill and details oriented, with strong business acumen
· Works independently
· Must work with others as part of a team
Perform multiple tasks simultaneously and meet frequent deadlines
Works under pressure
Possess short & long term planning skills
Advanced PC skills in Oracle, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint or more software is preferred
2 Education/Language/ Experience
· At least Bachelor Degree or Master Degree is better, major preferred in Electrical / Power Electronics Engineering.
· Fluent in English and Mandarin.
· At least 3yrs as an engineer in the relevant field and 3yrs as a sales manager.
· Knowledge of the power supply market.
Able to work with a team with different cultural background.
Have experience to run key accounts.
